Parents, below are all required forms and payments to fill out.

Students, below is access to your 1st Degree Requirements Card to print out and bring to your first seminar. More information on how to use this card will be directed by your instructor at the first seminar.

Required

• Complete Information Intake Form (by March 1)

• Payments (Before each seminar)

• Print your 1st Degree Requirements Card and bring to your first seminar (by March 1)

• Read & Review The Complete Guide to 1st Degree Black Belt (by March 1)

• To attend all seminars (dates are listed below)

  • Saturday, March 1 (parents & students both must attend the first seminar)

  • Saturday, March 15

  • Saturday, March 29

  • Saturday, April 12

  • Saturday, April 26

  • Saturday, May 3

  • Ceremony Date: Saturday, May 10

Optional

• Black Belt Uniforms (by the second seminar)

• Kukkiwon Payments (by the second seminar)
