My son started at Tru in Oct of 2021.Honestly, we we’re very hesitant at first but he begged and we decided to give it a chance. 7 months later he’s never been happier and he has learned so much. He’s more confident in himself, he’s gotten stronger, love learning skills. And the instructors are amazing! They are so patient and kind towards all of their students. They encourage them to try their best, be confident in themselves and the instructors really love the kids!

I couldn’t be anymore happy than I am right now! Master McClean has helped my son in so many ways. In the short time we have been at the center he has helped build his self esteem, create a sense of belonging, and created a ton of self confidence. He has never wanted to join any sports or extra curricular activities because they have not interested him and fear of failure. Master McClean has the secret of trust, respect, and understanding for each of Henrys special needs and Henry knows this! A big “THANKYOU” to the Tru family and Master M!

TRU TKD Hickory Tree has been an amazing experience for our family. My son is almost 9 and absolutely loves it. I like it not only for the martial arts training, but also for the life lessons they teach children. It’s also a great place for adults to train as well. I really enjoy the classes. Master Terranova is an amazing instructor!
